Tiered Tray Decor Box is shipped on the 1st of each month unless the first falls on a weekend. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.

After payment processing has been completed all cancelled subscriptions will result in a 20% transaction fee. After the box has been shipped no refunds will be issued due to the seasonality of Tiered Tray Decor Box.

All broken or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the box.
